The evidence in this case raises serious questions about both my former lawyers and the former lawyers acting for the NHS. The Judge has chosen to ignore and protect the various lawyers from having to account for their actions. Below are sections of my statement that were unchallenged in the Tribunal but ignored by the Judge.
She concludes that the accounts of the lawyers were consistent which is ridiculous given the evidence.
